Michael began his legal career in 1997 and, during his early years as an attorney, was very fortunate to obtain experience representing accident victims injured due to someone else’s negligence, as well as those individuals and companies being sued for injuring others. For over twenty-eight (28) years, Michael has been litigating accident and personal injuries matters. His cases have ranged from minor injuries to a $1,500,000 recovery for the victim of a motor vehicle accident, $1,500,000 recovery for a construction site worker injured on the job, and $1,000,000 recovery for a motorcyclist injured as a result of being struck by another motorist. Michael has extensive experience handling a wide range of cases including motor vehicle and construction site accidents, as well as dog attacks and slip/trip and fall injuries.
